State-of-the-Art Technology
The central maxims of HTW DESIGN CARPET have always included readiness for innovation and technological development. Since then, HTW has continuously invested in state-of-the-art technology in order to meet the customers’ highest expectations. In 2008, a ChromoJet-printing machine with the latest generation of nozzles was commissioned. At this time, this had been the most modern system world-wide. The ChromoJet-system achieves an even more detailed print image and enables the use of up to 24 colours per design.
In 2012, HTW invested in a 2-meter-Chromojet-system in order to be able to react to customer specifications in an even more flexible way and to print on materials other than carpet, too. Since 2019 we have the possibility to produce designs in an endless variety with only four primary colours in a digital process through our 2-meter wide colaris-printer. This digital printing technology is the optimal solution to meet individual requests even when it comes to minimum quantities.
